This stack of fabrics was pulled from my stash and the plus layout was selected by my husband. We are starting a quilt this weekend for a friend and co-worker who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I am hoping that these bright colors will lift her spirits in a tiny way.

Love the colors
Such cheery colours, I am sure they will lift your friends spirits.
What a lovely bunch of fabrics for such a heart felt gift. My grandma said the chemo rooms were cold when she had chemo. Hopefully if your friend needs chemo this quilt can go with her as a reminder of the people rooting for her success.
I hope it does, too. Sorry to hear about your fried; I am sure this will mean so much to her. I really like that you are collaborating with your husband on this project. 🙂
This will be a very cheery quilt, full of positives, and she’ll know it’s heart felt. Can’t wait to see it finished!
